Health Policy
In the interests of public health, clients and staff any person with contagion symptoms is requested to make a telehealth appointment and not to attend their consultation in person. This includes any person accompanying a client to the service or if you have close contact with contagious people in your workplace or household.
If you prefer not to attend via telehealth, please see the cancellation policy.
If any person attends who the clinician feels may be or may be becoming sick, they will be asked to go home and the cancellation policy will apply.
Each client will be afforded one sick pass, where the fee does not apply for cancelling because you are too sick to attend.
Symptoms include but limited to:
sore throat
running or blocked nose
sneezing
temperature
coughing
fever
rash
headache (in combination with other symptoms)
If you require any clarifications please each out to your clinician.
Thank you for your consideration of others
